Refund Policy

Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank — that timing is the bank's, not ours.

Opened supplements cannot be resold and cannot be returned. This is a safety rule rather than a commercial one; no supplement business can put a returned open bottle back into stock.

If a product was opened because it arrived damaged, wrong, or in a condition that made it unusable, that is not a return — see the next section.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

We will not demand photographs of a destroyed package as a condition of believing you. We may ask for a photo when it helps us find where in the chain the problem happened.

Email support@purechainsupplements.com with your order number and what you would like to do. You will get a reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Do not ship anything back before you have that reply — returns sent to the wrong address are difficult to trace and slow the refund down.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping.

For anything that is our error or a damaged arrival, we pay return shipping, or tell you not to bother returning it at all where that is cheaper for everyone.

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Once it has left the warehouse the terms above apply.

If something has gone wrong, contact us first. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than have you spend weeks in a bank dispute, and we have never won anything by making a customer fight for a refund they were owed.
