Shipping Policy

Orders leave a United States warehouse within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination.

Products are filled against demand rather than held in long-term inventory, which is why the dispatch window is measured in hours rather than weeks.

United States addresses only at launch, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally yet — customs treatment and per-country supplement rules are worth solving properly rather than improvising.

We cannot ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of the order. The amount shown before you confirm is the amount charged; there are no fees added afterwards.

A tracking number is emailed the moment the order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us — that usually means the carrier mis-scanned it and we can open a trace faster than you can.

A parcel is treated as lost if tracking has not moved for 10 business days within the United States. At that point we replace or refund it. We do not require you to wait a month first.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout — but tell us anyway and we will help sort it out.

If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund of the product value. The original shipping cost is not refundable where the address supplied was incorrect.
